J.S Land Services (JSL) was founded in 2017 by husband and wife teams John and Samantha Palombaro and Todd and Wendy Scott. Working together in varying roles within the Oil and Gas industry, we sensed the wind down of the Oil and Gas cycle and made the conversion to Renewables as government policies evolved.  Todd and John were in Management, Samantha in Title, and Wendy in Administrative and accounting functions.  Together, we make a great TEAM!

We pride ourselves on not being just another land service company, running contractors through a pay cycle.  At JSL, we carefully select our team members, striving to contract with highly skilled professionals at the top of their respective field.  We are innovative, adaptive, communicate transparently, and do not quit until we find success.

JSL utilizes a secure, web-based database geared specifically for land functions, which includes valuable resources in mapping and project management.  The JS Land System also contains, at no added cost, a client access screen, allowing real-time views of progress in both acquisitions and title. Internally, we use these functions to provide deliverables that are more efficient, organized, and client/project tailored than any other land service provider.

Operating primarily in the Eastern US, our company provides a broad spectrum of land services to fit any scope and sector. We have over 60 years of combined experience in Project Management, Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Right-of-Way, Energy Title, Real Estate Title, Due Diligence, Record Keeping and Administrative services.
