John Palombaro is a Co-Founder and Business Manager of J.S. Land Services. His roles include new business development, client relations, overseeing existing clients and projects, and other general business practices. John has over seventeen years of experience in Real Estate and project management. He is the true definition of a “multi-tasker”. He has no problem wearing as many hats as necessary to get results and his communication skills and persistence are second to none. He is a true professional. He, Samantha, and their family are life-long residents of the Southern Tier of New York.
Samantha “Sam” Palombaro is the Director of Title for J.S. Land Services. She brings more than a decade of experience, along with poise, drive, and patience to our company in an area that requires it most. She has compiled hundreds of Abstracts, as well as managed large-scale Title projects in some of the most difficult areas of Pennsylvania, New York, and Ohio. Sam’s knowledge of local Courthouses, as well as her ease with both clients and Abstractors, have made her the face of our local Real Estate Title work. She also makes her home with John and their family in the Southern Tier.
Todd Scott co-founded J.S. Land Services and works diligently to expand and enhance its array of services, client-base, and workforce. Seventeen years of project management experience has allowed Todd to build relationships with a vast number of industry professionals and exposed him to a broad spectrum of scenarios within the Energy sector. Regardless of scale, Todd prides himself in assembling a “right-sized” team of capable, energetic, and prudent professionals that will work as a team within J.S. Land’s positive culture to create wins for the client. Wendy Scott is the Administrative Manager at J.S. Land Services. She is responsible for overseeing all Administrative and Accounting functions. Wendy has fourteen years of experience overseeing dozens of leasing and due diligence projects for multiple clients, often simultaneously. Wendy has a keen eye for all things document related. She brings expertise in document preparation, analysis, and recording processes. She anticipates client needs while consistently meeting deadlines. Wendy resides in South-Western New York with her husband, daughter, and chocolate lab.
Jessie Schoonover is the Manager of Title for J.S. Land Services. She brings to the JS team expertise in Energy Title, as well as more than a decade of project management experience. Jessie is an adaptive problem solver, whose ability to create project-specific processes allowed her to successfully oversee large-scale Title projects in some of the most difficult areas of Pennsylvania and New York. She believes that the key to the success of any team is a positive culture. Jessie lives in North Central Pennsylvania with her husband, three sons, two dogs, and a rapidly expanding chicken population.
Kevin Cutler is a Sr. Project Manager for J.S. Land Services. Kevin has worked on and managed Energy projects in some of the most challenging areas of New York, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. His experience in land acquisition, Title, and Analysis gives Kevin a uniquely multidiscipline approach to Project management. Kevin’s leadership and management skills put clients at ease while delivering positive results. Kevin, along with his wife Abby, three children, and two dogs make their home in New York, in the Southern Tier.
